Shipping Policy

Order Processing and Handling Time

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Pacific Standard Time), Monday through Saturday, are processed the same day.

Handling Time: Orders are typically prepared and handed over to the carrier within 0–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping and Delivery Times

We currently ship only within the United States using trusted carriers such as FedEx. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

  • Transit Time: Estimated carrier delivery time is 0–4 business days after shipment.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 0–6 business days from order placement (including handling and transit time).

Example: If you place an order before 2:00 PM PST on a Monday, it will typically ship the same day and arrive between Tuesday and the following Monday, depending on your location.

Shipping Days

Orders are fulfilled and shipped Monday through Saturday.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or U.S. public holidays. If a delivery date falls on a holiday, shipping may be delayed by one business day.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We only ship within the United States.
  • We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or U.S. territories.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.

Possible Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, carrier delays, or peak holiday seasons may occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding if this occurs.
